Message	could see if the splines were lined up & moving the input shaft; my son was working the back end trying to push the tranny forward on a hydrolic jack; and I was under the tranny pushing/pulling/aligning, etc. Went in OK. I did install some of the tranny bolts (on the steel metal bracket places) to help pull it together (but I made sure that it was going in without much force).
